SEDATION DENTISTRY

Imagine not being afraid to go to the dentist. Imagine being able to accomplish all your dental care in as little as one appointment. This is what Sedation Dentistry can do for you. You'll be able to smile with confidence and chew your food without pain. If you've been putting off years of dental work, Sedation Dentistry can change your life.

On the day of your appointment you'll take medication and a companion will bring you to our office. Our experienced clinical team will make certain that you're relaxed and completely comfortable and we monitor you very closely while you're relaxing the time away. Many patients feel no discomfort whatsoever during and after treatment, and have little or no memory of the visit.

Years of neglect can be reversed in a few hours. With our new CEREC 3D technology, we can create crowns, inlays and onlays in one visit. You would not need to return a second time to have the restorations cemented. There are many treatments we can do in one or two appointments, including:

• Whitening yellow or stained teeth
• Replacing crowns or dentures
• Fixing chipped or damaged teeth
• Restoring sore gums to good health.

You can give yourself or a family member the gift of good dental health. My team is caring and supportive and experienced in treating sedation patients.

Dentistry at Woodwinds Hospital

Dr. Haag and his assistant have hospital privileges at Woodwinds Hospital, part of the HealthEast system. They can treat patients under General Anesthesia while the Woodwinds anesthesiologist closely monitors the vital statistics. The hospital setting is perfect for pediatric patients as well as physically, developmentally or medically compromised patients. Oftentimes treating these types of patients in a normal clinical setting is risky or unfeasible, even with Conscious Sedation.

Dr. Haag is dedicated to successfully treating these highly challenging patients. He can perform many complex, multiple-visit procedures in as little as one visit. He provides single visit, esthetic, full and partial ceramic crowns, veneers, onlays and inlays utilizing the CEREC 3D CAD/CAM system. This technology provides incredibly long-lasting, natural-looking, bio-compatible, plaque-resistant restorations. In addition to other restorative procedures, Dr. Haag can perform periodontal (gum) treatment as well as some endodontic (root canal) and oral surgery treatment.
